After making your booking with us, one of our local pool safety inspectors will be out to assess your pool barrier. Pool Safety Certificate cost $44.26
Once your pool Barrier has been assessed by our Hervey Bay pool inspector you will receive either a form 23 (pool safety certificate) or a form 26 (Non-Conformity notice). *Please note that the fee of $44.26 is a government cost and goes to the QBCC for your pool safety certificate. Pool Barrier Consultation cost $180
Are you replacing or fixing your existing pool fence? Perhaps you are getting a new pool built but would love advice on how to position your pool barrier so that it meets all the safety requirements. Pool fence laws and requirements can be tricky to navigate and that is why we are here, to identify any issues or hazards that could prevent you from obtaining a pool safety Certificate. Additional Pool & Re-Inspection Cost $99
If your pool fence is not compliant at your initial inspection you will be given a non-conformity notice, along with a detailed report with photos and videos outlining any areas of the pool fence that need to be rectified. By law you are required to rectify any issues with your pool fence within 90 days. If your pool barrier has not been rectified within this time frame, by law we must write a notice to the Fraser Coast Regional Council. Fees may apply if your pool barrier has not been rectified within this time frame, but we are here to help you make sure that you have everything compliant within this time frame with our 5 star pool safety inspection reports and advice, as well as reminders.
